Services
I offer individual, couple, and relationship therapy in a space where you can feel safe, warm, and welcomed. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, or family dynamics, I will meet you with genuine care and heartfelt presence. I understand how vulnerable this step can feel, and I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—exactly as you are.
I offer an eclectic, individualized approach to therapy, tailoring each session to best suit the unique needs of the person. Drawing from a variety of modalities—including CBT, Emotionally focused, experiential, somatic, Psychodrama, and others. I adapt my style to support a wide range of challenges and differences. Not everyone thrives in traditional talk therapy and so my expereince in the different modalities allows me to be flexible to each need, helping people communicate and move through your feelings. Not everyone can find words to put to a feeling and we can exasperate ourselves looking for it. I can help you navigate that and walk that journey with you.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes, though longer sessions are available upon request. I offer in person sessions at my office in North Richland Hills, TX or virtually.
Meet Lindsay Sullivan
Lindsay Sullivan, MA, LPC
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and relationships through life’s challenges. I focus on helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss with compassion and authenticity.
Throughout my career, I have worked in private practice settings, schools, and nonprofit organizations, giving me a deep understanding of the diverse experiences that shape each person’s story. I bring a personalized, relational approach to therapy — creating a space where clients can show up exactly as they are and begin the process of healing and growth at their own pace.
I believe deeply in the healing power of presence, connection, and nature. Growing up in Maine, I spent much of my time hiking, camping, and by the ocean, rivers, and lakes—always drawn to places that are reminder to slow down and just be. That love for the outdoors is a big part of me; I feel most replenished by water or in the mountains—where one can breathe deeply, listen closely, and reconnect.
My energy in therapy is warm, loving, and grounded. I offer a space where you can feel safe to explore your story at your own pace. And trust that healing doesn’t always come in big, dramatic moments—sometimes, it’s found in small shifts, quiet truths, and learning how to be kinder to ourselves.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, being outside (unless it's above 90 degrees!), and finding moments of pause in a fast paced world. I believe that we all carry the wisdom we need inside of us—and my role is to help you reconnect with it..
